Program features

A comprehensive and in-depth talent development program

The program is designed to develop new-generation skilled IT talents by utilizing the technical language as the basis and platforms as the framework in response to the ever-changing trends. Also, it incorporates agile development to provide micro-services and support cloud development, enabling swift supply of IT talents.

Application of three combined training approaches

Three training approaches are adopted according to different domains (i.e., technology, platform or business): Courses, On Job Training and Knowledge Transfer. A variety of comprehensive and systematic professional training programs, general education and competency programs are offered to keep you in step with the latest development and equip you with critical abilities in planning, analysis, and adaptability.

Engagement in developing various banking systems

The program offers you opportunities to be part of inter-department projects across different centers and branches, enlarging your know-how about business and operations. Serving as the IT talent pool of the bank, this program recruits IT experts from all areas, including talents from system development of personal finance, corporate finance, and digital finance.

Qualifications

  1. Graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree or above in IT or business-related fields, or completed training programs for information technology given by professional institutions.
  2. Less than five years of work experience
  3. Fluent English proficiency preferred
  4. Proactive and self-motivated; keen to learn; responsible; the ability to work under pressure

Job Description

  1. This is an opportunity to receive professional training in work-related financial products and information technology skills, laying a solid foundation for your career development. You will become a skilled talent equipped with expertise in both information technology and finance, engaging in the business planning and expansion of the bank with the most international perspective.
  2. The program features double expertise for work; financial expertise integrated with IT system development skills; in step with the latest economic trends; Knowledge about commercial products and the newest IT development to build up competitive advantages; Multiple learning accesses to foster fundamental FinTech abilities.
  3. Job duties: Developing IT systems and applications. System test planning and functional testing.
  4. Program content: A three-month training program covering the company’s basic training, professional education in specialized financial knowledge, information technology courses (APP, JAVA, COBOL), and hands-on practice on business units.
